- Producer for a 25-person studio, managing a 14-member team for a client project, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including sprint planning/retrospectives, bug tracking, and feature implementation using appropriate agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Liaise extensively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment of goals, and timely completion of milestones; providing clear feedback and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Led a multi-disciplinary team to effectively manage and produce a content pipeline of assets and code for a 3D adventure game. Utilising tools such as Jira, Notion, and Confluence as well as using and combining methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Worked collaboratively with the team to establish and incorporate a game studio during the pandemic. Successfully secured assistance and networking opportunities with investors and organisations to support the studio's growth and development. Took the lead in organising and presenting pitch decks to investors.
- Conceptualised, designed and implemented game narrative, levels, and missions. Curated detailed and descriptive design and technical documents. Maintained our roadmap to ensure we hit our sprint goals and worked within the scope.
